1. Introduction
Our website “JamieCreates3D” hereinafter referred to as: “the website”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to JamieCreates3D, accessible from jamiecreates3d.com.au. The term ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the website user.
2. Shipping (Ready to Ship, Print on Demand)
Most 3D Printed products sold by us are 3D Printed to order with limited inventory stock available. The products that are tagged as “Ready to Ship” are products that are already printed and available to ship within the next 2 business days after purchase. The products that are tagged as “Print on Demand” are products that are 3d printed according to paid for orders and are available to ship within the next 1 to 6 business days after purchase.
All prices, colours and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Products are shipped using Australia Post Parcel Post and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to Australia Post.
For shipping damage, customers should file a claim to Australia Post immediately.
Incorrect items or missing items should be reported to JamieCreates3D via email within 24 hours of receiving the items.
Packages with products tagged with “Print on Demand” will be shipped the business day after all ordered items are 3D Printed and processed. The processing time can take between 1 to 6 business days or more depending on the order size. This is due to the nature of 3D Printing to order (Print on Demand).
If you are concerned about the processing time of your order, please contact us for an estimated processing time.
If your order is large, we may choose to ship your order in multiple packages. No extra cost will be incurred if this is the case.
3. Refund and Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
All order changes or cancellations should be reported to JamieCreates3D via email within 12 hours of placing an order for these changes to take effect.
If you wish to return any item, please contact us before sending the items back to JamieCreates3D.
To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you request a return for an order that is more than 30 days after delivery of that order, you will receive a partial refund depending on your order contents if inspection of returned items is approved.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
All returned products are subjected to a quality inspection and a 25% restocking fee if returned items are approved after inspection.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your items except for the case of returning incorrect items that have been sent to you.
Shipping costs for orders are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for an order and/or return, the refund will only include the cost of the items purchased.
There are no refunds for shipping.
4. Missing or Incorrect Items
In the case of an incorrect item being sent, we reserve the right to have the items returned to us prior to resending the correct items.
In the case that you received incorrect items, you may be requested to return the incorrect items. Only in this case will the shipping cost be included in the refund. In some cases where it is not feasible for us to have the incorrect items returned to us, you will be able to choose to:
- Keep the incorrect items, and a refund of the total cost of the incorrect items will be issued.
or
- For us to ship the correct items to you at no extra cost and a refund will not be issued.
If you request the correct items to be sent to you, the correct items will be shipped to you within 7 business days.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If your return has been received and approved and you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please contact us.
6. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
7. Updating of this Shipping and Returns Policy
We may update this Shipping and Returns Policy from time to time. The date provided at the beginning of this Shipping and Returns Policy is the latest revision date. We will give you a written notice of any changes or updates, and the revised Shipping and Returns Policy will become effective from the date that we give you such a notice. Your continued use of this website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of your acceptance to abide by and be bound by this Shipping and Returns Policy.
